We understand that plans can change, so we\u2019ve outlined a fair and transparent refund policy to protect the rights of all parties.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-start=\"400\" data-end=\"425\">1. Refund Eligibility<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"426\" data-end=\"582\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"426\" data-end=\"505\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"428\" data-end=\"505\">Refund requests must be submitted at least <strong data-start=\"471\" data-end=\"504\">14 days before the event date<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"506\" data-end=\"582\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"508\" data-end=\"582\">Refund requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"584\" data-end=\"608\">2. Refund Conditions<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"609\" data-end=\"807\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"609\" data-end=\"673\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"611\" data-end=\"673\">A valid booking reference or payment receipt must be provided.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"674\" data-end=\"733\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"733\">Refunds will only be processed to the original purchaser.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"807\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"736\" data-end=\"807\">A <strong data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"764\">10% administrative fee<\/strong> will be deducted from the refunded amount.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"809\" data-end=\"829\">3. Refund Method<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"830\" data-end=\"1027\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"830\" data-end=\"932\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"832\" data-end=\"932\">Once approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within <strong data-start=\"912\" data-end=\"931\">7 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"933\" data-end=\"1027\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"935\" data-end=\"1027\">All refunds are processed electronically. No cash refunds will be issued at the event venue.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"1029\" data-end=\"1064\">4. No-Show or Late Cancellation<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1065\" data-end=\"1292\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1065\" data-end=\"1166\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1067\" data-end=\"1166\">No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations made less than <strong data-start=\"1137\" data-end=\"1148\">14 days<\/strong> before the event.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1292\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1169\" data-end=\"1292\">However, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying our support team at least <strong data-start=\"1264\" data-end=\"1274\">3 days<\/strong> before the event.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"1294\" data-end=\"1335\">5. Event Cancellation or Postponement<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1336\" data-end=\"1634\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1336\" data-end=\"1439\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1338\" data-end=\"1439\">In the event of a full cancellation by the organizers, ticket holders will receive a <strong data-start=\"1423\" data-end=\"1438\">100% refund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1440\" data-end=\"1634\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1442\" data-end=\"1634\">If the event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you&#8217;re unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a full refund within <strong data-start=\"1603\" data-end=\"1613\">7 days<\/strong> of the announcement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"1653\">6.
